The Terms and Conditions (the “Terms” or “Agreement”) are a legally binding agreement between Triaieland and its Affiliates (collectively, “Triaieland,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and you (“You” or “Your”) concerning your use of or access to Triaieland’s services, including but not limited to games, websites, and applications owned, operated, or published by Triaieland (collectively, the “Services”). “Affiliates” refer to subsidiaries, parent companies, joint ventures, and other entities under common ownership with Triaieland.
PLEASE REVIEW THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SERVICE. BY INSTALLING, USING, OR OTHERWISE ACCESSING ANY SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE LEGALLY BOUND BY THE TERMS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE EXIT SUCH SERVICE IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT INSTALL, USE, OR OTHERWISE ACCESS THE SERVICES. USE OF THE SERVICES IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
In addition to this Agreement, the Triaieland Privacy Policy (the “Privacy Policy”) applies to your use of or access to the Services, and you should review it before using the Services. Your use of or access to the Services is strictly subject to these Terms, which may be updated from time to time.
1. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time at our discretion. Continued use of the Services following any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of those changes.
2. Right to Use the Services
Triaieland reserves the right to deny anyone access to the Services at any time for any reason with or without notice. You agree that Triaieland may cease providing the Services or change the content of the Services at any time for any reason with or without notice to you and without liability.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST THIRTEEN (13) YEARS OF AGE TO USE THE SERVICES. If you are using the Services from a location with a higher minimum legal age, you represent and undertake that you meet the legal age requirement for accessing the Services. Triaieland may request proof of age to verify compliance with this requirement. If you access the Services through a Social Networking Site (“SNS”) like Facebook, you acknowledge compliance with the SNS’s terms of service/use as well as these Terms.
If you are a resident of People's republic of China(mainland), you are not allowed to use our services.
If a resident from mainland China accesses our services, we disclaim responsibility for any alleged infringement on Netease's exclusive rights to publish the Chinese version of Minecraft.
3. Intellectual Property/Ownership
Triaieland has no affiliation with Microsoft, Mojang, or Netease Games.
All materials that are part of the Services (including, but not limited to, games, code, themes, animations, artwork, and other assets) are protected by intellectual property laws. You agree not to modify, copy, distribute, reproduce, or otherwise exploit any materials from the Services without Triaieland’s express prior written permission, except for your own User Content as defined in Section 4.
Triaieland and/or its licensors retain ownership of all rights, title, and interest in the materials provided on the Services. By accessing the Services, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the content provided by Triaieland.
Triaieland is a fictional world; all names, characters, stories, and events are products of imagination.
4. User Content
Any communications, comments, or other material uploaded to the Services (“User Content”) are subject to a perpetual, worldwide, fully paid, and royalty-free license granted to Triaieland. This license includes rights to copy, modify, distribute, and use User Content for Triaieland’s commercial, marketing, and promotional purposes without compensation to you.
You agree to upload User Content at your own risk, and Triaieland is not liable for any such content. Triaieland reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms at any time and without notice.
5. User Interactions
You are solely responsible for interactions with other users of the Services. Triaieland reserves the right to become involved in disputes but is not obligated to do so. You agree to release Triaieland and its affiliates from any claims arising from interactions with other users.
6. Virtual Currencies/Goods
The Services may include opportunities to purchase virtual currency (“Virtual Currency”) or digital items (“Virtual Goods”) with real money or in-game currency. Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are licensed, not owned, by you and are subject to these Terms. They cannot be redeemed for real money and are non-transferable outside the Services. Triaieland retains the right to modify, manage, or remove Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods at its discretion.
NO REFUNDS ARE PROVIDED FOR VIRTUAL CURRENCY OR VIRTUAL GOODS, UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW.
7. Updates to the Service
Triaieland may require that you accept updates to continue using the Services. You acknowledge and agree that Triaieland may update the Services at any time, with or without notice.
8. Rules of Conduct/Usage
The Services may include communication channels for user interaction. Triaieland is not responsible for monitoring these channels but reserves the right to review and remove content at its discretion. You agree to abide by the rules of conduct, which prohibit posting objectionable content, harassment, violation of intellectual property rights, and other prohibited activities. Violations may result in the termination of access to the Services.
9. Disclaimer of Warranty
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” AND TRIAIELAND DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
10. Limitation of Liability
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT TRIAIELAND IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INABILITY TO ACCESS THE SERVICES OR FOR ANY LACK OF AVAILABILITY IN ANY SPECIFIC REGION.
11. Indemnification by You
You agree to indemnify Triaieland and its affiliates from claims, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, or any content you provide.
12. Notices
Triaieland may notify you via postings on www.triaieland.com, via e-mail, or by any other communication method used to contact you.
13. General
These Terms and any policies referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between you and Triaieland regarding the Services. This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and us with respect to the Services.
Nothing in this Agreement shall create or confer any rights or any other benefits to third parties.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as creating any agency, partnership, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship or any other form of joint enterprise between you and Triaieland.
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed so as to grant you any security interest whatsoever over the assets of Triaieland, including for the avoidance of doubt on any amounts standing to the credit of your account.
By using the Services, you agree to comply in full with all applicable tax laws, and hereby release Triaieland from any and all liability associated with your compliance with any applicable tax laws.
This Agreement has been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of this Agreement and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

The website administration have the right to terminate your account at any time, delete any content you may have posted, and your IP address and any data you input to the website is recorded to assist the site staff with their moderation duties.
